A. Brean Murray Memorial Scholarship
The A. Brean Murray Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory of a truly remarkable member of the John Jay College community. Mr. Murray was raised as an orphan in Ireland and immigrated to the United States at the age of thirteen. A. Brean Murray enjoyed many successes throughout his professional career at such companies as IBM, Cogan, Berlind, Weill and Levitt, where he worked as a partner.
