The Accounting Audit and Compliance Office is the custodian of accounts for College entities whose funding is not allocated through NYS Budget appropriations.  The Office is responsible for recording and disbursing monies, upholding the restrictions of the funds and preparation of the financial statements for the following non-tax levy entities: the John Jay College Foundation, Inc., the John Jay College Auxiliary Services Corporation, Inc., the Student Life Association and the Children’s Center.

This office is also responsible for acting as the liaison with all internal and external auditors and performing internal audits to ensure that college departments are in compliance with the University policies for Internal Controls and to ensure that compliance with non-tax levy contracts.
