The Peer Counseling Center is a place where John Jay students come to receive assistance from fellow students. Our staff is made up of trained peer counselors under the supervision of John Jay's Counseling Department. Peers are a diverse group of upperclassman, academically successful undergraduate and graduate students who are committed to providing peer counseling support services to help students get adjusted to college life. We welcome new arrivals and share with students the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the college's many programs, services, and other offerings in order for students to meet their educational goals.
