Sending your child to college is an important moment in your family. And during your child’s time at John Jay, the Division of Student Affairs, together with departments throughout our campus, is committed to offering you all the support you need to help your child succeed. We aim to assist you in helping them make important choices throughout their college life. We are here to encourage you to have open dialogue with each other about the College, its challenges and many opportunities.

Jay Express Service Center, located in the lobby of the North Hall Building, provides Admissions, Bursar, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Testing services in one convenient location. The Jay Express Service Center is a fast paced, high volume office that provides friendly, quality and accurate in person information to students, faculty, staff and the community in general.

The Enrollment Management Call Center, an extension of Jay Express Service Center, provides assistance to students via the phone at 212.663.7867or through email at jayexpress@jjay.cuny.edu

We assist students with general questions and information, as well as more involved transactions. We look forward to helping make your experience at John Jay College of Criminal Justice a positive and rewarding one.
