Sending your child to college is an important moment in your family. And during your child’s time at John Jay, the Division of Student Development, together with departments throughout our campus, is committed to offering you all the support you need to help your child succeed. We aim to assist you in helping them make important choices throughout their college life. We are here to encourage you to have open dialogue with each other about the College, its challenges and many opportunities.

ONE STOP, located in the lobby of the North Hall Building, provides Admissions, Bursar, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Testing services in one convenient location. The ONE STOP is a fast paced, high volume office that provides friendly, quality and accurate in person information to students, faculty, staff and the community in general.

The Enrollment Management Call Center, an extension of ONE STOP, provides assistance to students via the phone at 212.663.7867or through email at onestop@jjay.cuny.edu
