1. A student wishing to take non-degree courses in the Graduate Program in Forensic Science, to fulfill specific prerequisite or requisite requirements, must first contact Dr. Peter DeForest at 212.237.8899, or Dr. Margaret Wallace at 212.237.8492 for permission.
2. Those students enrolling in the New York Police Department Certificate Program should contact William Devine, director of the NYPD Program.
3. Students currently registered in a non-CUNY college or university graduate program, who need to fulfill specific degree requirements. Permission from the home school Registrar’s Office is required, as is approval from the appropriate Graduate Program Director at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Those applying as graduate non-degree students must submit proof of having graduated from an accredited college or university, a check or money order for $50.00 made payable to John Jay College, and proof of immunization, to the Office of Graduate Admissions. Under no circumstances are graduate non-degree students allowed to take more than twelve (12) credits.
