If you are a candidate for John Jay College of Criminal Justice’s baccalaureate degree (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science), you must complete at least 120 credits, composed of the general education requirements, a major and electives (no more than 4 credits of physical education activities courses may be applied in this last category).
As a baccalaureate candidate, you may also complete an optional minor or one of the special programs offered by the College.
To receive a baccalaureate degree from John Jay College, you must complete at least 30 credits of coursework in residence and at least 50 percent of your major at the College.
